700 LBS Olympic Triceps Bar with Knurled Handles for Squats Deadlifts Shrugs

Not the most expensive but by far the BEST! - This is the 3rd tricept bar I have purchased and it turned out to be the best. 1st bar was $74.19 the 34\" Olympic tricept bar and every time you lifted the bar with weights it put out a squeaky high pitch sound which drove me crazy so it went back. 2nd tricept bar I bought was the more expensive Synergee tricept bar in black costing $95. It weighed right at 27 pounds, and once received, the black paint had already started coming off while in route to my house. I pulled it from the box and the paint was still sticky to the touch and that along with all the missing paint made it look really bad so it went back as well. Very disappointing. So then I ordered the Goplus 34\" Olympic bar at $69. It doesn\'t have as big of a grasp area as the other two but that is actually a plus. Bar weighed came in at a nice 22 pounds, built solid, no squeaking but it did have some welding over splash on the bar. I\'m going to try and scratch that off but other than that its perfect. Great size, well built and handles like a dream. This bar is a keeper!

One more addition to my home gym - My basement gym is getting bigger and bigger with slowly adding equipment that I would use often. This triceps bar was something I was missing and make my daily exercise more efficient by having my weights ready to go as I switch between exercises. Besides feeling well built, this piece has a good weight to it, heavy enough to be used for warm-ups without having to add and additional weights. Has multiple gripping points that makes it comfortable got hold when exercising multiple body parts. I personally use it mostly for biceps, triceps and back, sometimes shoulders, but it\'s less comfortable for that as it is not wide enough. I feel that with it, I maximize my performance when working out comparing when I use only a straight bar and feel a more intense and focused workout

Great product - This is a great weighted bar. Came packaged nicely and have enjoyed using it. One issue when it came some oil from somewhere was on it. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. We went back and forth a little as they tried to figure it out. There was no issue and I just had to wipe it down. Not a big deal took a couple of wipe down but it is 100% now. Customer service was awesome and responsive. I would recommend buying this bar!
