Versatile! - I’ve gotten lots of use from this step box. It looks really nice and easy to adjust height. I weigh 220 pounds and this supports my weight well even when I am holding 30 or 40 pound dumbbells. I use it at the base of my bench For bench presses because my bench is not the correct height. Too tall. Also good to stand on for bent over rows with Landmine to get a better stretch or wherever I need a step or platform such as my chest supported bent over raw machine.
