Upper bed frame size: 79.5" x 44" x 12" (L x W x H); lower bed frame size: 78" x 40" x 12" (L x W x H); trundle size: 75.5" x 40.5" x 10.5"(L x W x H). Mattress for the top and lower bunk must not exceed 6" in thickness mattress for the trundle is 4"-5".(mattresses not included).
