This baseball bat uses a regular bat profile and is -9 weighted for waking up your fast twitch muscles and getting your exit velocity up! When applied properly (especially when used in conjunction with our Heavyweight Overload training bat) our Lightweight Underload training bat has been scientifically proven to increase exit velocity.

But there are so many places to hold on, and this thing is STURDY, with the seats spaced out well and so many possible options for positioning, both seated and lying down.

It fits well in their bedroom. The solid hardwood bunk beds comes with ladder and safety rail. My kids love it. I recommend it.
