Scents include Lavender, Eucalyptus, Frankincense. Just rub on one of these oils or pour into a bath when you need to relax, de-stress or heighten your awareness. Your moods will naturally shift as will you day! Directions: To avoid possible skin irritation, first test the oil on a small patch of skin (the bottom of the feet are the safest place). If no irritation or redness occurs, apply one to two drops on your palms and rub onto the place you feel needs the most attention (for instance, if you need to focus, rub on the temples). For a soothing bath time ritual, pour one to two drops of the oil into a warm bath. Allow a minute for the oil to activate before entering the bath.
Lavender: Lavandula Angustifolia Oil
The must have oil, Lavender is known to reduce anxiety and emotional stress while promoting relaxation and calmness. With a great aroma smell you can add a few drops of Lavender to pillows, bedding, bottoms of feet at bedtime or add to bath water to soak away stress.
