Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, photos or video documenting the issue are required before a return or replacement can be processed.

How to report: Send your photos or video along with your order number to contact@buycade.com or submit them through our Returns Contact Page. Our team will review and respond within 1 to 2 business days.

These cases are handled separately and are not subject to restocking fees.

Eligibility — Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Return Window — All return requests must be started within 30 days of purchase.
Exclusions — Some products such as personal care items, customized products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds — Once your return is approved and processed by the vendor, your refund will be issued based on your selected refund option. Processing times may vary by supplier.
Shipping Costs — Return shipping fees are determined by the vendor and may be the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Receive the full refund amount as Buycade store credit with no restocking fee deducted. Credit is applied to your account upon return approval and never expires.

Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee of 10% of the order value (minimum $5) to cover transaction and processing costs incurred on the original sale.
