Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, photos documenting the damage or defect are required before a return or replacement can be processed.
How to report damage: Send your photos along with your order number to contact@buycade.com or submit them through our Returns Contact Page. Our team will review and respond within 1 to 2 business days.
For returns due to customer preference or ordering errors, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility as determined by the vendor.
