- Charge using the included micro USB cable. Full charge takes 2 to 3 hours.
- Tap the top once to turn on. Tap again to cycle through nine colour modes.
- Double tap quickly for blink mode. Triple tap for slow flow mode.
- Tap and hold to turn off.
- Use the remote to adjust brightness and set the sleep timer.
Sleep and Safety
Red and warm amber are the best modes for bedtime as they have the least impact on melatonin. Avoid blue and bright white for overnight use.
