How to read the chart: find your handgun below for its base size. Running a red dot optic? Add -RDO. An under-barrel light or laser? Add L. Both? Add L-RDO (for example, a Glock 19 with an optic is size 5C-RDO). Exception: a size 7 handgun with a light or laser uses size 6L – or 6L-RDO with an optic as well.
