Extended Loadable Sleeve: This 56" long hex bar is built with 2 solid steel sleeves with a loadable length of 10" each. And it is suitable for 1" weight plates and can support a weight capacity of 230 kg /500 lbs. Besides 2 spring collars are provided to secure weight plates in place.
Foldable Handle Design: The Olympic trap bar features 2 folding handles which offer 2 deadlift positions for you to choose: high deadlift/low deadlift. In addition textured with 1.2 mm diamond knurling the handles are non-slip and comfortable to grip.
