If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, photos or video documenting the issue are required before a return or replacement can be processed.

These cases are handled separately and are not subject to restocking fees.

General Guidelines

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Return Window: All return requests must be started within 30 days of purchase.
Exclusions: Some products such as personal care items, customized products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds: Once your return is approved and processed by the vendor, your refund will be issued to your original payment method as outlined in How Refunds Are Issued below. Processing times may vary by supplier.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are determined by the vendor and may be the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once the vendor or supplier approves your return, all other returns, including change-of-mind, not as described, and other reasons, are refunded to your original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee calculated on the merchandise amount paid after discounts, excluding tax. You may also be responsible for return shipping. We’ll confirm the return instructions and any applicable shipping costs when you start your return.
